Fidelity leadership

As Chief Operating Officer, Ben manages Fidelity’s business strategy, allocates resources, ensures budgets are met, and oversees manufacturing operations. He also helps drive the development of new technology and plays a key role in mechanical engineering projects.

Ben started his career in the composite and construction equipment industries. During this time, he designed products, developed a strong understanding of robotics, and implemented lean manufacturing principles to redesign and optimize shop processes and layouts.
